Appreciate that this might not be high on priorities but wanted to get DECoN shiny app working on the current version of R. I've updated packrat to version 0.5.0, and updated the requirements to current versions.
Happy to chat about it if anything isn't clear, almost all of the changes are changes to the packrat source.
